This article is intended to guide instructors through the process of creating and configuring a VoiceThread home page within their HuskyCT course.
When first integrating VoiceThread (VT) into a HuskyCT course, instructors are encouraged to create a VoiceThread home page. The home page serves as a central location where students can access all VoiceThread assignments within the course, as well as view VoiceThread content associated with their other enrolled courses.
## How to Create a VT Home Page:
1. Navigate to your HuskyCT Course Content page.
2. Click on any gray + button
3. From the drop-down menu, select **Content Market. **
4. From the list of Institution Tools, select **VoiceThread.**
5. Next, VoiceThread will open within a new tab. From the activity types, click **VT Home Page. **
6. After selecting VT Home Page, instructors can create a name for their Home Page. If the name is left blank, VT auto generate the name to “LTI Link”. We recommend changing the name to “VoiceThread Home Page” for clarity.
7. Click **Publish** located at the bottom of the screen. After selecting publish, a “Success!” message will appear. Instructors can close out of this page and return to their HuskyCT course.
8. The VoiceThread Home Page will now appear within the Course Content page.
