This page goes over how to add videos to a channel so that they will be exempted from the 2024 November/December deletion event. Users only have access to this channel after submitting a ticket to the Technology Support Center.

1. [Login to Kaltura](https://kaltura.uconn.edu/my-media) with your NetID and Password.
2. Search for or scroll to find the video you want. **Check off** that video and choose **Actions>Publish**
  
3. Select **Published **and then search for channel “361403762” or “4-Year Exemption Purge November 2024”. **Check off the box for this channel** and then click **Save**.
  
4. The video is now published to this channel and will be added to a list of videos to exempt from the deletion occurring in December 2024
