This article is intended for instructors looking to edit the Row Visibility in the HuskyCT Grade Center.

Row Visibility controls whether instructors can see a specific user within Grade Center. If a student who appears on the Course Roster under **Course Management** >> **Users and Groups** >> **Users**, is not appearing in the Full Grade Center, then their Row may be hidden and you can follow the steps below to make the row visible to instructors.

> ❌ Generally, instructors should **not **hide students or other users in Full Grade Center. Row Visibility only applies to instructors and other users with access to Full Grade Center, it will not change a student's view.

1. Navigate to your course in HuskyCT
2. Under **Course Management**, click **Grade Center** and then **Full Grade Center **
3. From within Full Grade Center, click **Manage **
4. On the drop-down menu, click **Row Visibility **
5. You will now see a list of Hidden and Visible Rows in Full Grade Center
  1. To hide a specific row, click the check box next to the user’s name and click the **Hide Row** button
  2. To show a specific row, click the check box next to the user’s name and click **Show Row** button
6. Click **Submit** to save your changes
