Faculty can request professional captions through Kaltura as required by the Center for Students with Disabilities. If this request is managed through the Center for Students with Disabilities, staff at CSD will approve/deny the caption request once it is made.

Either go to **HuskyCT > My Kaltura Media** or go to [kaltura.uconn.edu](http://kaltura.uconn.edu), click **Guest > My Media**, and log in.

## Requesting Captions for More Than One Video

1. Click on the box to the left of the video(s) that need to be professionally captioned.
2. Click **Actions** > **Captions & Enrich.**
3. Select **Service**: *Professional* and **Turnaround Time**: *48 Hours*. Click **Submit**.  
:warning: Note: Be sure to change the turnaround time (TAT) or your request may be denied, and you may need to make the request again.

## Requesting Captions for One Video

1. Click on the video in **My Media**.
2. Click **Actions** > **Caption & Enrich**.
3. Select **Service**: *Professional* and **Turnaround Time**: *48 Hours.* Click **Submit**.
