Students, Faculty, and Staff have access to a real-time support bot while in a Collaborate Ultra session.

1. While in a Collaborate session, click on the **purple arrow** to expand the panel.
2. At the bottom of this panel, click on the **gear icon**.
3. Next, click on **Chat Support**.
4. Use the Chat Bot to help to resolve your issue.
