2. Under **Content Collection**, click on the Course ID.
3. At the top of the screen, click the small dropdown arrow next to the course ID.
4. Click **Edit Settings** from the menu that appears.
5. Once the Edit Settings page appears, scroll down to the **Quota Information** section. Here, you can see the current size, quota, and how much space is left.

## What To Do if You Have Used Up your Quota

### Delete Large Files

1. Log into Blackboard and go to your course.
2. Under **Content Collection,** click on the Course ID.
3. At the top of the screen, click the small dropdown arrow next to the course ID.
4. Click **Size** twice to sort by size.
5. Check the boxes next to the files you wish to delete. Generally, the largest files will be videos, which can be moved into Kaltura. Duplicate files are another common issue leading to the course quota being used up.
6. Click **Delete**. Make sure that the files being deleted are either backed up or unnecessary, as deleting them from the content collection will remove them from your course.
