This article is for instructors who would like to see information regarding the use of Respondus for test creation and editing.

## Previewing the File

1. Click **Preview + Publish.**
2. Click **Preview the File. **
3. Click **Next** to view the next question.
4. Ensure that all questions display correctly.

## Editing Questions

### Option 1

1. Click **Edit. **
2. Click on the down arrow next to the question you wish to edit.
3. Click **Edit.**
4. Change any of the fields, as needed.

### Option 2

1. Alternatively, you can edit test questions from the **Preview** menu.
  1. Click **Modify Item** on the question you wish to edit.
  2. Change any of the fields, as needed.
