This article is for faculty, students, and staff. 

Users may be able unable to find a NetID when adding Collaborators to a Kaltura video. This is usually because the Collaborator has not used Kaltura yet.

## Have the user in question follow these steps:

1. Navigate to [Kaltura](http://kaltura.uconn.edu).
2. Click **Guest**.
3. Click **My Media.**
4. Enter your NetID and password**.**
5. Once you have logged into Kaltura, you should be available to be added as a Collaborator.
