> ℹ️ **IMPORTANT: **
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ **Before **making a Fidelity payment through Flywire, please first check your 529 account balance as there is a limit of 95% of your account value requirement from Fidelity. If this requirement is not met, the payment will be returned.
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ **Example:** The owners 529 plan has a balance of $7518.83. A $7500 Fidelity payment was submitted through Flywire. The $7500 payment was returned due to insufficient funds. 95% of $7518.83 is $7142.88. Therefore, the $7500 payment was returned due to exceeding 95% of the account balance at the time the payment was made.
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ For more information regarding the 95% rule and how the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) may affect your 529 balance on the day you make the payment, please contact Fidelity.
