Students <span style="color: #333333">can view midterm grades online for the current term or semester in the Student Administration System only during the midterm grading period outlined in the </span><span style="color: #333333">[Academic Calendar](https://registrar.uconn.edu/academic-calendar/)</span><span style="color: #333333">.  </span>

> 📝 Midterm grades are provided to help students better understand and monitor their academic progress each semester. These grades are not part of a student’s permanent record but are designed to help students make informed academic decisions.

1. Select the **Schedule & Grades**<span style="color: #333333"> tile on the Homepage.</span>
2. <span style="color: #172b4d">Select the</span><span style="color: #172b4d">** View Midterm Grades **</span><span style="color: #172b4d">tab in the tile menu</span><span style="color: #333333">.</span>  
⚠️ The View Midterm Grades tab will not be available, unless it is currently within the midterm grading period for the current term or semester. Please refer to the [Academic Calendar](https://registrar.uconn.edu/academic-calendar/).
3. Your <span style="color: #333333">midterm grades</span><span style="color: #333333">** **</span><span style="color: #333333">will display in the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Midterm Grade Details**</span><span style="color: #333333"> grid. </span>

           -you have concerns about your midterm grades             
           -<span style="color: #333333">there no midterm grades displayed</span>  
           -<span style="color: #333333">there are midterm grades missing for some of your courses</span>

To access your instructor's contact information:

1. Identify the Class Subject, Catalog Number, and Section in the **Midterm Grades Details **grid. As an example, we will use COMM 2000Q - Section 001.
2. Select the **View My Classes** tab in the tile menu.
3. The By Class view defaults to *Show Enrolled Classes *and *Show Dropped Classes*. Unselect **Show Dropped Classes** to filter the view to **Show Enrolled Classes** only.
4. Navigate to the region of the View My Classes page for the course you are interested in. You will find the **Subject **and **Catalog Number **as well as the Course Title in the expandable region label.
5. Verify the **Section **in the Class column of the grid in the class’s expandable region.
6. Select the class in the grid. A **Class Information **window will display.
7. Select the **Meeting Information** tab in the Class Information window.
8. Select the **Instructor **name link in the Instructor column of the grid.
9. An **Instructor Details **window will display your instructor’s information, including Phone, Email, and Address. If your course has multiple instructors, each instructor will be listed in the Instructor Details window. Select each Instructor’s Name to view their respective Contact Details.
