University delegates can view holds in the Student Administration System. 

1. Navigate to the [Student Administration](https://studentadmin.uconn.edu/) login page.
2. <span style="color: #333333">**Click Delegate Login. **</span>
3. <span style="color: #333333">Enter your user ID and password. </span>
4. <span style="color: #333333">Click the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Shared Info Center**</span><span style="color: #333333"> tile on the Homepage.</span>
5. Click the** Holds **tab within the listing on the far left of the page<span style="color: #333333">.</span>
6. Click within the **Delegate Name**<span style="color: #333333"> box. </span>
7. Click the hyperlink(s)<span style="color: #333333"> within the </span>**Hold Item**<span style="color: #333333"> column. </span>The **Hold Details**<span style="color: #333333"> will display within the browser. </span>
8. Click **Return**<span style="color: #333333"> to return to the main page. </span>
