Administrators can use the UC Search Match tool in the Student Administration System.

- Acad Plan
- Acad Program
- Addresses
- Admit Term
- Applicant Data (Admissions)
- Birthdate
- Campus
- Career
- Email
- EmplID
- Gender
- Phone #
- SSN (Nat'l ID)
- Status (for all careers)
- Prospect Data (Admissions)

## Using UC Search Match

1. [Log in](https://uconn.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SAS/pages/10776806358)<span style="color: #172b4d"> to the Student Administration System. </span>
2. Click the **NavBar** in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Click the** Navigation **icon.
4. <span style="color: #333333">Click the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Campus Community **</span><span style="color: #333333">tab</span><span style="color: #333333">**. **</span>
5. <span style="color: #333333">Click the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Personal Information (Student)**</span><span style="color: #333333"> tab.</span>
6. <span style="color: #333333">Click the </span><span style="color: #333333">**UC Search Match **</span><span style="color: #333333">tab.</span>
7. On the **Find an Existing Value** page, enter the student's search criteria.
8. Click the **Search** button.
