Unofficial transcripts can be viewed and printed by most administrators in the Student Administration System. Only the Storrs Office of the Registrar can print official transcripts in the Student Administration System. The Law School and Medical and Dental Schools can print their own respective official law, medical, or dental transcripts.

1. Click the **NavBar** icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. Click the **Navigator** button from the menu.
3. Click the <span style="color: #333333">**Records and Enrollment **</span>tab.
4. Click the **Transcripts **<span style="color: #333333">tab.</span>

5. Click the **Request Transcript Report** tab.
6. Click the **Add a New Value **tab.
7. Notice the **Transcript Request Header** tab displays.
8. From the **Institution** drop-down list, choose **UCONN**.
9. From the **Transcript Type** drop-down list, choose **UNOFX.**
10. In the **Number of Copies field, **enter the number of copies you need.

11. Click **Transcript Request Detail** tab.
12. In the **ID** field, enter the appropriate ID.
  1. To select an ID from the **Lookup List,** click the **magnifying glass icon** to the right of the field.
  2. On the Look Up ID page, type some search criteria.
  3. Click **Look Up**. A list of IDs will display. You may need to click **View All** for all IDs to appear.
13. To run more than one transcript at a time, click the **plus sign.**
14. Repeat **Step 12a-c, **for up to 5 copies at a time. Attempting to print more than 5 copies at a time will create errors. If you continue to use the **plus sign** on the last row added, the transcripts will be printed in alphabetical order on the **Request Detail** page.
15. Click **Process Request.**

16. Click the **View Report **link to see transcript details via Adobe Reader.
17. Click the **Print** button, as desired.
