Administrators can view and print a transfer credit report in the Student Administration System. 

> ℹ️ <span style="color: #333333">The Transfer Credit Summary reports which classes were accepted and rejected.</span>

1. Click the **NavBar** icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. Click the **Navigator** button from the menu.
3. Click the **Records and Enrollment** tab.
4. Click the **Transfer Credit Evaluation** tab.
5. Click the **Transfer Credit Summary** tab.
6. If you have previously run a search process, click **Search **to view your existing Run Control IDs.
  1. If you have not run a search process, add your EMPLID using the **Add Value** tab. If your User ID is the only option that displays or if you wish to create another Run Control ID, click Add a New Value.
7. Click to select a **Run Control ID** from the list of search results that display.

8. On the **Selection Criteria** page, in the **ID** field, enter the appropriate ID, if available.
  1. Alternatively, to select an ID from the Lookup List, click the **magnifying glass icon** to the right of the** ID field. **
9. On the **Look Up ID** page, type the student's name into the **First and/or Last Name** fields and then click **Look Up. **Click **View All**.

10. Click to select an option from the list of Search Results. You will be redirected to the Selection Criteria page with the ID field populated with the ID selected from the Search Results.
11. Click **Submit**.
12. From the **Selection Result** tab, click **Generate Report.  **

13. Click the **Report Manager** link.
14. Click **Refresh **until the report status is **Posted**.
15. Click the **Description **link to view and print each report in **Adobe Reader, **as desired.
