Administrators can enable Excel downloads in Internet Explorer when using the Student Administration System. 

1. Open **Internet Explorer**.
2. Click **Tools**.
3. Click **Internet Options**.
4. Click the **Security** tab.
5. Click **Custom Level**.
6. Scroll down to the **Downloads** section.
7. Under **Automatic prompting for file downloads**, select **Enable**.
8. Under **File download**, select **Enable**.
9. Click **OK**.
10. Click **Yes** when the warning displays.
11. Click **OK**.
12. Close the browser.
