Administrators can access the Student Administration System with either their NetID or Alpha ID and their password.

## Logging in Using Your NetID or NetIDWork

1. <span style="color: #333333">Navigate to the </span>[Student Admin homepage](http://studentadmin.uconn.edu/).
2. Click **Login to Student Admin**<span style="color: #333333"> in the main section of the page.  </span>
3. <span style="color: #333333">Enter your </span><span style="color: #333333">**NetID**</span><span style="color: #333333"> and </span><span style="color: #333333">**NetID password**</span><span style="color: #333333">.</span>
4. Click<span style="color: #333333">** Login**</span><span style="color: #333333">.</span>

## <span style="color: #333333">Logging in Using an Alpha ID</span>

1. <span style="color: #333333">Navigate to the </span>[Student Admin homepage](http://studentadmin.uconn.edu/).
2. <span style="color: #333333">Click </span>**Admin Login** in the footer of the page<span style="color: #333333">.</span>
3. Enter your User ID in** ALL CAPS**.
4. Enter the password provided. <span style="color: #333333">If you do not know your password, contact the ITS Technical Support Center at </span><span style="color: #333333">**(860) 486-4357**</span><span style="color: #333333"> or email </span>[techsupport@uconn.edu](mailto:techsupport@uconn.edu)<span style="color: #333333">.  They require working with you in person for all password resets.</span>
5. <span style="color: #333333">Click </span><span style="color: #333333">**Sign In**</span><span style="color: #333333">. </span>
6. <span style="color: #333333">Select the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Enable Accessibility Mode**</span><span style="color: #333333"> checkbox if you wish to use an ADA-compliant page.</span>

<span style="color: #333333">Depending on your roles/affiliations with UConn (faculty, staff, student, or student employee) you may have several view options for Student Administration. The current logged-in role for you appears in the top center of the page after login. By default, </span><span style="color: #333333">**Administrator**</span><span style="color: #333333"> appears if you have more than one role and one is Administrator (as is often the case with Graduate TAs / GAs). If you wish to view your student options, click the role and select </span><span style="color: #333333">**Student Homepage**</span><span style="color: #333333"> from the dropdown. You must be in the appropriate role for the options you select to complete successfully.</span>
