Advisors can remove advising service indicators from student records in the Student Administration System. Holds placed by other offices cannot be removed by advisors. 

1. Select the **NavBar** icon.
  
2. Select the **Menu **button from the NavBar.
  
3. Select the **Self Service** tab.
  
4. Select the** Advisor Center** tab.
  
5. Select the **My Advisees** tab. The **My Advisees **page will display.
  
6. <span style="color: #333333">Select the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Circle Backslash **</span><span style="color: #333333">icon for the student to navigate to the Manage Service Indicators tab. </span>
  
7. <span style="color: #333333">Select the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Service Indicator Code**</span><span style="color: #333333"> link.</span>
  
8. <span style="color: #333333">Select the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Release**</span><span style="color: #333333"> button.</span>
  
9. <span style="color: #333333">Select the </span><span style="color: #333333">**OK**</span><span style="color: #333333"> button to remove the Service Indicator.</span>
  <span style="color: #333333">The page for the selected student will show that the appropriate </span><span style="color: #333333">**Service**</span><span style="color: #333333"> </span><span style="color: #333333">**Indicator **</span><span style="color: #333333">was removed.</span>
