Advisors can view their advisees in the Student Administration System.

<span style="color: #333333">The </span><span style="color: #333333">**My Advisees**</span><span style="color: #333333"> page provides a list of the students that have been assigned to you as an advisor. The list contains links for holds, academic information, and emailing the student. You may also view and print your advisee photos. </span>

> ⚠️ <span style="color: #333333">If there are any advisees not included on the </span><span style="color: #333333">**My Advisees **</span><span style="color: #333333">page, contact the Storrs Registrar's Office at (</span>**860) 486-3331**<span style="color: #333333">.</span>

1. Click the **NavBar** icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. Click the **Navigator** button from the menu.
3. Click the **Self Service** tab.
4. Click the** Advisor Center** tab.
5. Click the **My Advisees** tab. The **My Advisees **page will display.
6. <span style="color: #333333">Click the </span><span style="color: #333333">**photo**</span><span style="color: #333333"> icon to the left of a student's name to view that student's photo.</span>

7. <span style="color: #333333">Select </span>**Include photos in list**<span style="color: #333333"> for a complete list of advisees with photos. </span>

8. <span style="color: #333333">From the </span><span style="color: #333333">**My Advisees photo page**</span><span style="color: #333333">, click </span><span style="color: #333333">**View All**</span><span style="color: #333333"> to display all advisee photos, or click the </span><span style="color: #333333">**arrows**</span><span style="color: #333333"> to scroll through the Advisee photos individually.  </span>

9. <span style="color: #333333">You can then use your browser's print button to print the entire list. </span>
10. <span style="color: #333333">Click </span><span style="color: #333333">**Link to Photos**</span><span style="color: #333333"> to return to the advisee list page without photos. </span>

11. Click the **Holds** icon to view those details.
12. Click an advisee's name to send them an email directly.
13. <span style="color: #333333">Click the </span><span style="color: #333333">**View Student Details **</span><span style="color: #333333">link to see an advisee's </span><span style="color: #333333">**Student Center**</span><span style="color: #333333">.</span>
