University delegates can access and view the status of a student's financial aid in the Student Administration System using the **View Financial Aid** tool. 

1. Navigate to the [Student Administration](https://studentadmin.uconn.edu/) login page.
2. <span style="color: #333333">Click </span><span style="color: #333333">**DELEGATE LOGIN**</span><span style="color: #333333">. </span>
3. <span style="color: #333333">Enter your user ID and password. </span>
4. Click the **Shared Info Center**<span style="color: #333333"> tile on the Homepage.</span>
5. Click the** Financial Aid **tab within the listing on the far left of the page<span style="color: #333333">.</span>
6. Click within the<span style="color: #333333"> </span>**Delegate Name**<span style="color: #333333"> box to select the student whose financial aid offer you wish to view. </span>
7. Click **Change** to change the **Aid Year**.
8. Select the desired year based on the selection options available within the **Select a Value** pop-up window.
9. To access your student's **Financial Aid Offer** details, toggle between the sub-tabs for both **Awards** & **Financial Aid Summary**.
