> ℹ️ If a **1098-T does not open** when you click the appropriate tax year, or if an **error message appears**, please do the following:

> ℹ️ ·       Ensure you have disabled pop-up blockers on your device and browser.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ ·       Use a computer (not a mobile device).
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ ·       Use Chrome or Firefox browsers (not Safari).
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ ·       Clear your cache/cookies.

1. Navigate to the [Student Administration](https://studentadmin.uconn.edu/) login page.
2. <span style="color: #333333">Click </span><span style="color: #333333">**DELEGATE LOGIN**</span><span style="color: #333333">. </span>
3. <span style="color: #333333">Enter your user ID and password. </span>
4. <span style="color: #333333">Click the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Shared Info Center**</span><span style="color: #333333"> tile on the Homepage.</span>
5. Click the** 1098T **tab within the listing on the far left of the page<span style="color: #333333">.</span>
6. Click within the **Delegate Name**<span style="color: #333333"> box. </span>
7. Click on the **Tax Year**<span style="color: #333333"> that corresponds to the 1098-T form you would like to view. </span>
  1. You may need to disable your pop-up blocker.
8. <span style="color: #333333">Your </span>**1098-T Form**<span style="color: #333333"> will launch in a separate browser.</span>
9. Click **Ctrl + P** to print this document.
