<span style="color: #333333">If a student has shared access to information in the University’s Student Administration (Student Admin) system with a delegate, the delegate can enter the system as a delegate and view select areas of the education record. </span>

> ⚠️ Before you can view this information, you need to create an account first. The instructions below are for subsequent visits to Student Admin. If this is your first time accessing the Student Administration System as a delegate, see [Creating A Delegate Account](https://uconn.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SAS/pages/10769929365).

1. Navigate to the [Student Administration](https://studentadmin.uconn.edu/) login page.
2. <span style="color: #333333">Click </span><span style="color: #333333">**DELEGATE LOGIN**</span><span style="color: #333333">. </span>
3. <span style="color: #333333">Enter your user ID and password. </span>
4. <span style="color: #333333">At the top of the opening page, select the </span>**Main Menu**<span style="color: #333333"> drop-down menu.</span>
5. <span style="color: #333333">Select </span>**Self-Service **from the drop-down menu<span style="color: #333333">.</span>
6. <span style="color: #333333">Select </span>**Shared Information Center **f<span style="color: #333333">rom the options that appear.</span>
7. <span style="color: #333333">In the menu that appears, select the information you wish to view. </span>

> ℹ️ The information the student gave you access to will be listed in the account creation email.
