Students can access and complete the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement/1098T Consent in the Student Administration System. 

## Accessing Your SF Responsibility Agreement/1098T Consent

> ❌ Failure to complete the SF Responsibility Agreement/1098T Consent will result in a hold being placed on your account. You will need to complete the agreement to remove the hold. 1. Click the **Action List**<span style="color: #333333"> tile on the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Homepage**</span><span style="color: #333333">.</span>
2. Click within the **SF Responsibility Agreement/1098T Electronic Consent **<span style="color: #333333">box.</span>
  **Step 1:** Review the Introduction. Click **Next**<span style="color: #333333"> in the upper right corner. </span>
  **Step 2:** Review the statement.
  Click **Accept.**<span style="color: #333333"> </span>
  Agreement Date populates
  Click **Next**<span style="color: #333333">. </span>
8. **Step 3:** 1098T Consent - Review the statement.
  Click **Accept** or **Decline**
  To Print a copy, **AFTER** Clicking the **Accept** button, Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Printable Page button.
11. Click **Next**.
12. **Step 4:** Complete Task.  Review the statement.
  Click **Submit**.
14. You will return to the Completed Agreements List and your hold is removed
