> ℹ️ If a **1098-T does not open** when you click the appropriate tax year, or if an **error message appears**, please do the following:
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ ·       Ensure you have disabled pop-up blockers on your device and browser.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ ·       Use a computer (not a mobile device).
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ ·       Use Chrome or Firefox browsers (not Safari).
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ ·       Clear your cache/cookies.

1. Navigate to the [Student Administration](https://studentadmin.uconn.edu/) login page.
2. <span style="color: #333333">Click the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Bursar Services**</span><span style="color: #333333"> tile on the Homepage.</span>
3. <span style="color: #172b4d">Click the</span><span style="color: #172b4d">** View 1098T **</span><span style="color: #172b4d">tab within the listing on the far left of the page</span><span style="color: #333333">.</span>
  
4. <span style="color: #333333">Click the tax year for the appropriate 1098-T</span><span style="color: #172b4d">. Your 1098-T form will populate in a separate browser. </span>

5. Click **Ctrl + P** to print this document.
