UConn faculty and staff can log in to TickeTrak 10 to purchase a parking permit and/or pay or appeal a parking ticket. 

## Logging In 

1. Navigate to [park.uconn.edu](https://park.uconn.edu/).
2. Click **Log in to Parking Portal. **
3. Enter your **NetID** and **password**, and then click **Login. **If you do not have a NetID to log in with, try **guest account**.

4. On the **UConn Parking Services Customer Portal** landing page, click the **Ticket** icon to pay or appeal a ticket, or click the **Permit** icon to purchase a permit.
