## **New Purchases**

Due to changes in the Adobe contract, effective immediately, UConn-Storrs Adobe subscriptions are no longer available to UConn Health users. New orders submitted by UCHC users through [software.uconn.edu](http://software.uconn.edu) will not be processed.

> ⚠️ UConn Health employees who need a licensed copy of Adobe must purchase a subscription directly from **GovConnection** by following the instructions below.

### As of Sept. 2026, the current annual costs for UConn Health employees are:

- **Adobe Acrobat Pro:** $118.26 per year
- **Adobe Creative Cloud:** $280.94 per year

### Ordering Your Adobe License through GovConnection:

- Email **Darren Gullen** at <u>[darren.gullen@connection.com](mailto:darren.gullen@connection.com)</u> to request a quote.
  - Please reference this **VIP Agreement number** **VIPMP - BB5521F4902991C4278A**
- Initiate a new purchase requisition in HuskyBuy and attach the quote.

## **Renewals for Previous Users**

> ⚠️ If you purchased an Adobe license through UConn-Storrs at <u>[software.uconn.edu](https://software.uconn.edu/)</u> prior to **September 16th 2026**, please reference the below information to transfer any data.

### Important Information

Access to files and other content associated with your current UConn-Storrs Adobe license will remain available **only until October 15, 2026**. Please download your files and other important content to a local device before that date.

> 📝 If UConn ITS has notified you that your Adobe account remains associated with a different email address, use that address to access and download your existing content.

### Downloading Your Files

- Open Adobe from your desktop or through a web browser.
  - If prompted to sign in, use your @uconn.edu email address and NetID password.
- If you do not know your UConn email address, search for yourself at <u>[directory.uconn.edu](https://directory.uconn.edu/)</u>.
- If you do not know your NetID password, reset it at <u>[netid.uconn.edu](https://netid.uconn.edu/)</u>.
- Locate and download all files and other content associated with your Adobe account.
