Listserv Maestro allows a user to have multiple profiles.  These may also belong to different groups, allowing users to collaborate with each other and keep their group data / personal data separate.

If you need your account assigned to particular group, ITS will need to configure your account to do so.  

> ℹ️ Please note that data cannot be moved from one profile to another if you started on a personal profile and need a group profile or vice versa

### Logging in directly

You may log into your group profile(s) directly by providing the group name at login

1. Navigate to [listserv-maestro.uconn.edu](http://listserv-maestro.uconn.edu)
2. Enter your email address in the **Username** field
3. Enter you group name in the **Group** field
  1. Leave this field blank if you wish to use your personal profile

4. Click **Log In**
5. Click **OK**

6. You will be brought to the Maestro dashboard in your chosen profile

### Switch profiles without logging out

1. Follow the login instructions above for any profile you have
2. Click your email address in the top right corner

3. Select **Switch Account**
4. Choose the profile that has your desired group
  1. A profile with only your email is your personal profile

5. Click **OK**
6. You will now be on the dashboard for your chosen profile

> ℹ️ Data owned by a group profile belongs to the group and can be shared with new members, even if that group remains empty for a time.  It does not go away immediately if the group has no members.
