Staff and faculty can create a shared Microsoft Bookings page. A shared booking page allows for guests, clients, and other users to create appointments with one or several staff members at a time that works for all parties.

> ℹ️ **Microsoft Bookings is available at ****[https://book.ms](https://book.ms)****.**

## Instructions

1. Navigate to [https://book.ms](https://book.ms). Click on the** **:plus:** Create booking page** button on the right hand side.
2. If prompted, select **Create from scratch**. Then fill in your booking page name and business type. The name will influence the booking page’s link and cannot be changed after being created. Continue to the next page.
3. Add staff members to the page. Assign them the appropriate role (administrator, team member, scheduler, viewer, or guest).
4. Choose the first type of service you would like to offer. By default, it creates a virtual (Microsoft Teams) meeting that is 30 minutes in length. If you would like to modify this, click **Change**.
5. Determine who can make an appointment. By default, it will be set to “People in my organization”, which requires users to sign in with their UConn email before booking. You may consider leaving the default option to prevent spam/fake bookings. However if you intend to have people outside of UConn book appointments, you will want to set it to “Anyone”.
6. Click **Create** to finalize the booking page.
