# Subscription Information

The following information explains how Nitro PDF licensing works at UConn, including eligibility, purchasing requirements, and what to expect during fulfillment.

- Annual Nitro PDF licenses are currently only available to faculty and staff on Storrs and regional UConn campuses.

# Renewal of Subscription

The information below outlines how Nitro license renewals and cancellations are managed each year.

- Unless renewed, licenses expire annually on 12/31 or the next business day
- To renew your subscription, please resubmit this form during the annual renewal period, 11/1 to 12/15.
- All active Nitro license holders will receive communications during the annual renewal period
