Faculty and Staff may connect their university devices to UPrint printers by following this guide.

## Windows instructions

Prerequisites:

- Computer is in Intune management
- Computer is running Windows 11 version 24H22 or newer

1. Open the Start Menu and search for “Printers & scanners”.
2. Click on **Add device** and select “Work or school” from the “Show printers and scanners associated with me” menu.  
Search for “ITS-TAB”.
3. Click **Add device** on the “ITS-TAB Cloud printer” result.

## macOS instructions

Prerequisites:

- Enrolled in JAMF management
- Manual Enrollment in “JAMF DEVICE COMPLIANCE”
- macOS 15 (Sequoia) or newer

1. In the top-left corner of your screen, click on the Apple icon. Click on **System Settings**.
2. In the left hand menu, click on **Universal Print**.
3. Click **Sign-in** and authenticate with your UConn email address.
4. Click **Add Printer** and search for “ITS-TAB”.
5. Click once on the search result and then click **Add** to finish.
