You can link Jira tickets to Department servers within Jira Assets.

1. Navigate to the ticket. In the right-hand panel, locate and click the dropdown list within the 'More fields' section.

2. Scroll down to the 'Enterprise System Assets' section, then click '+ Add object'.

3. Enter the server name to search, select the correct server from the list, and click the 'Check' button. You may associate multiple servers with this ticket if applicable.


4. The server associated with the ticket is displayed in the right panel. Click the 'Object Graph   ' to view the relationships of the server assets
