A business service designates the service to which a server belongs. Business service names follow the convention: OU (Organization Unit in Active Directory) - Service Description.

 The left panel displays a tree structure, the center panel shows business services details, and the right panel features both the 'Object Graph' to visualize the object relationships and the 'Linked Issues' to list associated ticket numbers.

1. To create, update, or delete a business service, click the link above. The corresponding page will open below.

2. In the "What can we help you with?" section, select "Create or Update Business Services" from the dropdown list.
3. Review the "Form Actions Summary" section for descriptions of each available action.
4. If you are submitting this request on behalf of another user, enter their name to select the correct individual.
5. In the "Action Item*" section, choose "Create New," "Update," or "Delete Business Service."

To create a new Business Service, please enter the necessary data in the fields below.

To update a Business Service, select the service name and then modify the relevant data.

To delete a Business Service, select the name of the service.
