## What is Reflect?

Reflect is a synchronous and asynchronous tool for collecting feedback from participants through the use of “check-ins”. The instructor can pose pre-typed questions such as “How are you feeling today?”, or custom questions such as “How are you feeling about _______?”.

## What is the user experience?

Reflect features a 3D avatar known as The Feelings Monster. Depending on a participant’s response to a prompt, this monster is shown in a different emotional state.

Participants' responses are private unless shared in an anonymous way by the instructor.

> ✅ Instructors can gather these responses to improve their leadership style while addressing the needs of participants who might not have spoken up otherwise.
