Students, faculty, and staff can use the “Image Tags” field for picture files and non-picture files alike.

1. Visit [s.uconn.edu/sharepoint](http://s.uconn.edu/sharepoint) and click on your SharePoint site to visit it.
2. Click on **Documents**, or other Document Library, to find the file(s) you would like to tag and select them.
3. Right-click on the files and choose **Properties**.
4. Type in the word(s) you would like to use as a tag in the **Image Tags** field. Hit Enter after each tag.
5. Click **Save** to finish.
6. Allow time for these tags to take effect.
