The EMS Outlook Integration allows you to access certain Web Application Templates through your Outlook client.  This may be useful for you if your department uses EMS to manage meeting spaces and the like for a convenient means of inviting users to a meeting while booking a space at the same time.

Any installation option below will install EMS for Outlook on your UConn account across all devices via Microsoft O365

## Installation (Outlook)

1. Open your Outlook client and navigate to **File > Manage Add-Ins**
2. A web page will be opened and log you into you Microsoft O365 account and automatically open the Add-Ins for Outlook Menu
3. Navigate to the Admin Managed tab and select to install the **EMS for Outlook - Microsoft 365**

## Installation (Outlook - O365 Desktop Client)

1. Open your outlook client and view your mailbox
2. In the top banner, select the Orange Blocks icon to Get Add-Ins (underlined in red below)
3. From the opened Add-Ins for Outlook Menu, navigate to Admin-Managed
4. Select to install **EMS for Outlook - Microsoft 365**
