[Assets ](https://uconn.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/assets)is part of Jira Service Management for inventory management. It can be integrated with the ticketing system and [Asset Panda](https://uconn.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FPB/pages/10946642245).

Assets is only available to agents in a ticketing system.

### You can see details of the asset and open tickets related to it. You can also see closed issues related to the device by opening up the device info page.
