Login to the KnowledgeLake Portal and select Search

Select the appropriate Search template that has been previously configured by ITS KnowledgeLake administrators. Search template visibility is dependent on security access.

Enter criteria for searching or perform a search for all documents.   
You will be prompted to authenticate if you have not already logged in.  

Each search template is customized. Below is an example search template:

## Document Content Searching

Login to the KnowledgeLake Portal and select Search

Select Quick Search

> ℹ️ In SharePoint Online, content is automatically crawled based on a defined crawl schedule. The crawler picks up content that has changed since the last crawl and updates the index.   
> ℹ️ After indexing a document, there may be a delay until the document is available within the KnowledgeLake Search.
