This article is intended for users with Intune-enrolled machines who wish to connect to on-campus, network printers.

## Adding Printer on Intune-Managed Machine

1. Navigate to **Settings** → **Bluetooth & Devices **
2. Click **Printers & scanners **
3. Click the blue **Add Device **button
4. You will be prompted to sign in to your work or school account, click **Sign In** to find printer
5. When prompted, select your UConn Microsoft Account, which is the email you use when signing into the machine.
6. After logging in, click **Search for Devices **
7. You will be prompted to select where you want to search for devices from, click the drop-down that says **USB or Network** and select **Work or School **
8. Look for the printer you want to add, you will see the name and the location
9. Click **Add Device** next to the printer
10. The printer will add and you will see a progress bar
11. Once the printer is added, you will see the printer appear in the list of printers as **Ready**

> ❌ The print driver for Universal Print Printers will appear as **Universal Print Class Driver**, do not change this driver as it will break the connection.
