If you find that your upcoming meetings or Outlook calendar is not appearing in the Webex app, check these settings.   
You may see the following warning in the App.

1. Open the Webex app.
2. Click on your Profile Icon in the top-left corner, then click on **Settings**. If you have not set a profile icon, Webex will show your initials here.
  Choose **Meetings** from the left-hand menu.
4. Take a look at the **Connect a calendar** section at the top of the window, depending on what you see:
  1. Click on **Connect **to connect your Outlook calendar.
  2. Click on **Disconnect** to remove your Outlook calendar. Then click **Connect** to relink them.
5. Click **Save** at the button of the page.
