This information is for [Faculty/Staff](https://software.uconn.edu/adobe-creative-cloud-for-faculty-staff/) or [Students](https://software.uconn.edu/adobe-products-students/) that purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud User license through ITS.

> ❌ You should **not **create your Adobe ID using the **Sign In with Google** or **Sign In with Microsoft** option. This can make accessing your subscription difficult. You should instead use your UConn email as the email/username and set a password for the Adobe ID when you create the account.

Adobe recently introduced user “Profiles” on Adobe ID’s.

When you sign into your Adobe app or the Adobe website and use your university email address as the Adobe ID choose “**UCONN – Special Student Pricing**” as your profile.
