Unlike in Meetings, the Attendees in a Webinar cannot unmute themselves. To give an Attendee microphone privileges, follow this guide.

## Allow an Attendee to unmute their Microphone

1. Within the Participant Panel, click on **View all Attendees**
2. This will open a small window that lists all the Attendees. You may use the search box to find a certain Attendee, or you may scroll to find them. Click on the Attendee you wish to unmute.
3. After finding the Attendee, click on the Microphone icon to send them a notification.
4. Clicking this button will ask and *allow *the Attendee to unmute. They will still need to manually unmute themselves when ready.
5. When the Attendee is muted, either by a Host/Cohost or by themself, they will lose the right to unmute
