### What number do I call to access the voicemail system?

If your office has Cisco phones, press the Voicemail key above the gear (Settings)   
Other campus phones, call your local voicemail access number.

### How do I reset my new voicemail password/PIN?

1. Stamford, Waterbury, Avery Point, Tolland County, Law School and downtown Hartford call (860) 486-4357  
Others (non Cisco) - Call your local voicemail access number or Frontier’s toll-free number, 1-844-994-4993,  option 4.
2. Enter the temporary PIN.
3. Follow the prompts to change your PIN and record your personalized greeting.
  1. Your PIN must be a 6- to 13-digit number.

> ⚠️ Six incorrect PIN entries will disable your mailbox, which will require us to reset your voicemail password. For assistance, call (860) 486-4357 or submit a [password reset request](https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/GetUrlReputation).

### How do I know when I receive messages?

Through your telephone, you will hear a stutter dial tone (short, quick tones), and/or your message-waiting indicator light on your phone will be on.

### How many messages can I save in my mailbox?

The total capacity of your mailbox is 200 minutes. The number of messages will vary depending on the length of the messages.

### How will I know if my mailbox is almost full?

You will hear a warning threshold that your mailbox is getting full. Remember, you can always delete messages that you have already heard.

### What if I forget my voicemail password?
