UConn Webex users can look back up to 3 months to find out how many times their recording was viewed and who viewed it.

> ℹ️ Names will only be logged when watching the recording if that viewer was signed in while watching the recording. Otherwise, you will see “Anonymous.”
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ If you would like your viewers to be accounted for, have them sign into [UConn Webex](http://uconn-cmr.webex.com) and then watch the recording.

1. Log into [UConn Webex](http://uconn-cmr.webex.com) using your NetID and NetID password,
2. Click on your name in the top-right corner, and then click on **My reports**.
3. In the **Webex Meetings** section, choose **Meeting Recording Report**.
4. Choose your timeframe. Remember that you can only see statistics from the past 3 months.
5. Click on your Recording to see a preview of the record.
6. Optional: Click on **Export** to download a CSV version of what you see on the screen.
