Users with an Outlook mailbox can search for archived emails on the desktop version of Microsoft Outlook.

## Searching Office Desktop

1. Open the **Outlook** client.
2. Click in the search bar at the top of your screen. By default, the search is limited to your current mailbox.
3. Search **All Outlook Items** or **All Mailboxes** to view all files.
  1. Drop down the **Search In** value to **All Outlook Items.**

4. Run your keyword search. This will search for all emails from both the main and archived mailboxes.
