Users with an Outlook mailbox can search for archived emails on the web version of Microsoft Outlook. Do note that the process is different than how you [search in the Outlook client for your desktop](https://uconn.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IKB/pages/26013473323).

1. Navigate to Outlook online by going to [http://email.uconn.edu](http://email.uconn.edu) and clicking **Microsoft** **365**.
2. Log in with your UConn email address and NetID password.
3. Click the **Outlook** icon.
4. Select a folder from the **Archive** mailbox.
5. Once selected, click the drop-down box in the search window, select **All folders in archive,** and search.
