<span style="color: #172b4d">While the Webinar is in session, you may modify user privileges. Access the Participant menu by using the toolbar at the top of the Webex Webinars Window. Once it is open, click </span>**Assign Privileges**<span style="color: #172b4d">.</span>

1. <span style="color: #172b4d">Open the </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Participant **</span><span style="color: #172b4d">menu.</span>
  1. Here, you see **Mute** options. You may choose to **Mute on Entry**, but remember this only applies to Panelists since Attendees do not have microphone privileges.
  2. **Anyone Can Share** also only applies to Panelists; Attendees do not have the option of sharing.
2. <span style="color: #172b4d"> To see more options, choose </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Assign Privileges...**</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> or use the keyboard shortcut </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Ctrl **</span><span style="color: #172b4d">+ </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**K.**</span>

  1. <span style="color: #172b4d">In this menu, the Host can choose which groups the Panelists are allowed to Chat with directly. By clicking on the plus sign next to </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**All Panelists**</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> in the top-left corner, the Host can alter the privileges of individual Panelists.</span>

## <span style="color: #172b4d">Changing Webinar Options</span>

1. <span style="color: #172b4d">Open the </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Webinar**</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> menu and choose </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Options...**</span>

  1. <span style="color: #172b4d">The video option only applies to Panelists.</span>
  2. <span style="color: #172b4d">You may disable the Chat, Q&A, and Reactions altogether.</span>
  3. <span style="color: #172b4d">You do not need to change settings in the </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Content Sharing **</span><span style="color: #172b4d">or </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Import Mode**</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> tabs.</span>
