Webex Events, once running, is very similar to Webex Meetings.

## Altering Panelist Privileges

You may manage Panelists from the **Participant** menu along with the Participant Panel. By clicking on **Participant** in the top menu, shown below, you may manage the **Mute All** and **Mute on Entry **options along with individual Panelist privileges.

You may manage all the Panelists from this popup window, or you may alter specific Panelists by expanding the left-hand menu.

Within the Participant Panel, you may alter a Panelist's privileges by right-clicking on their name.

## Altering Attendee Privileges

The Attendee panel can be accessed by clicking **View all**. This button is found within the Participant Panel, underneath the present Panelists.

Once the Attendee Panel is open, you will see all of the Attendees (not Panelists) listed. You may search for, then right-click on an Attendee to alter their individual privileges or remove them from the Event.

## Changing Event Options

To edit options during the Event, click on the **Event** menu, then choose **Options...**

Here you may disable video, Chat, Q&A, and Reactions in their entirety. To alter the Chat options for individuals, use the above section of this guide.
