Faculty and staff may need to see what version of Outlook they are using on their workstation. This information may be needed for troubleshooting with IT support.

## Windows

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Click **File **and select **Office Account**.
3. Click **About Outlook**.
4. This screen will show you the version of Outlook you are on.

## macOS

1. Open **Outlook**.
2. Click **Microsoft** **Outlook** in the menu bar next to the Apple logo.
3. Click **About Outlook**.
4. The version information will appear in a new window.
