The ITS Technology Support Center is located on **Level 1 of the Homer Babbidge Library**. Level 1 is the floor above the plaza level. There are short and long-term parking options available for those who need it.

## HuskyGo Bus

The Technology Support Center is located in Homer Babbidge Library, which is serviced by the following HuskyGo stops:

- Bookstore: 🟡 Yellow, 🔴 Red, ⚪️ Silver
- Recreation Center: 🟠 Orange, 🔴 Red, ⚪️ Silver

## Short-term parking (for drop-offs and pick-ups)

15-minute parking can be found next to the [library loading dock](https://www.google.com/maps/?q=41.807258451566234,-72.25174520919273), accessible from Babbidge Road. This parking lot is strictly monitored and should only be used for a quick drop-in to pick up or drop off a device.

> ℹ️ If you have larger items and would like someone to meet you at the library loading dock, please call (860) 486-4357 when you arrive, and someone will meet you at the loading dock.

## Long-term parking (for troubleshooting appointments)

Paid parking for visits longer than 15 minutes is available in the [South Garage](https://www.google.com/maps/?q=41.804445,-72.253741).
