Ensure your **NetIDwork** is [synced](http://netid.uconn.edu/tools/test_password.php). 2. Download the installer at [webex.com/downloads/jabber.html](https://www.webex.com/downloads/jabber.html). 3. When the application opens, enter [NetIDwork]@uconn.edu and your NetIDwork password. 4. If you are prompted with a message asking you to reset your account, press **Reset**. This will not affect your account. 5. You will be brought to the Jabber application now. ### Useful Links 1.
