To view all of the information collected by MyAnalytics, UConn users can access their MyAnalytics dashboard at myanalytics.microsoft.com by signing in to their UConn account.

## Focus and Wellbeing

The [Focus](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/workplace-analytics/myanalytics/use/focus) tab helps you understand whether you have enough time for uninterrupted individual work, and provides tips on how to protect your calendar and manage distractions

The [Wellbeing](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/workplace-analytics/myanalytics/use/wellbeing) tab shows how well you are disconnecting from work during your time off and suggests ways to reduce stress and burnout.

Each of these tabs can be accessed by selecting them on the left sidebar. 

## Network and Collaboration

The [Network ](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/workplace-analytics/myanalytics/use/network)section shows information about your relationships with the people in your network, which is based on your work activities over the past year.

The [Collaboration ](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/workplace-analytics/myanalytics/use/collaboration)section shows the people you actively collaborated with based on your work activities over the past month, such as email, chats, calls, and meetings.

> ℹ️ To opt out of MyAnalytics, go into **Settings** and set **Dashboard **to **Off**. Be sure to click **Save** to save changes.
